Ensure you receive official emails from DiscoverText


You may occasionally receive automated emails from DiscoverText, such as emails that contain your license key and your account authorization. If you are not receiving these emails, it may be because they are ending up in your spam folder or because your company/institution is inadvertently blocking the emails.

This can be rectified by ensuring that Administrator@discovertext.com is not blocked and that the administrator of your intuition’s email system has put Administrator@discovertext.com on the “whitelist”.
